Start from a template or last meeting's agenda, then drag items into order. Attach the financials, reports and contracts to the items they belong to.

Send the packet
PacketSkipper assembles one PDF with a cover, contents, colored tabs and page numbers. Each director gets a private download link, and you see who downloaded it.

Record the meeting
Mark attendance, motions and votes on a tablet or laptop as the meeting happens. The minutes draft is filled in from what you recorded, ready for you to edit.
- Every association, every meeting. Each association keeps its own templates and its meeting history, with every packet and set of minutes.
- Start from last time. Reuse the last meeting's agenda or the association's own template, so no agenda starts from scratch.
- Sign-in sheets and notices. Print an owners' sign-in sheet, and fill annual and budget meeting notices from the meeting details.
- Quiet unless it matters. Your board hears from PacketSkipper only when you send them a packet.
- Minutes stay drafts until you approve them. Notices are drafts for you to edit too, filled in only from what you enter. Nothing is written by AI.
- Your data stays yours. Private to your company, never sold, and every packet and set of minutes yours to download from the meeting history.

Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
30 days, everything included, no credit card. If you choose a plan with more than two days of the trial left, you aren't charged until it ends. In its last two days, the first charge is the day you choose.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose yearly or monthly. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in and download your packets and minutes for 30 days. Then it's deleted, and the owner gets an email a week before.
How is the price worked out?
By how many managers are on your account, including the owner. Associations, meetings and board members don't change the price.
Is there a limit on associations or board members?
No. Add every association you manage. Board members never need an account.
What if I add or remove managers?
A manager you add is charged for the rest of your current month or year. A manager you remove comes off the bill at your next billing date, or at renewal on a yearly plan. Removed seats aren't refunded.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, anytime. It starts at your next billing date.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card, or straight from a US bank account. Every payment comes with an invoice for your records.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, on the Billing page. You keep using PacketSkipper until the end of the period you've paid for. There are no refunds for unused time.
Other questions
Is it only for management companies?
No. A self-managed board works the same way, as a company of one: one seat, $100 a year.
Do board members need an account?
No. Board members never log in. Each gets an email with a private link to download the packet, and the link stops working after 60 days.
Can I use my own agenda template?
Yes. Save any agenda as an association's standard template, or start from the last meeting's agenda. Built-in templates cover regular, budget, annual, special and organizational meetings.
Is my data safe?
Your company's records are private to your team, and each company can only ever see its own data. We never sell your data or use it to train AI. Every packet and set of minutes stays in the meeting history, ready to download.
